DESCRIPTION: 
This ranch is not too big and not too small; it’s just about right for a manageable family retreat or new home site in the country.  The land has a gentle roll to it with nice views from the high points.  About 25 acres has been kept mowed and cleared for livestock grazing.  This area is fenced and is the perfect place to keep livestock separate from the rest of the ranch during hunting season.  There is a large barn that houses the owners’ travel trailer and other vehicles and equipment as well as some “loafing sheds” for the livestock to take cover in when needed.  This is also the location of the water well.  It is unusual to have a good well in this area of the county so this is a very good amenity.  The well produces about 3 gallons per minute and pumps into a large storage tank, keeping it full for personal and livestock water needs.
