This is one of those ranches that “grows” on you. The longer you drive or walk around on this ranch, the more beauty you find. The ranch is rectangular shaped with about 3/10 mile of frontage on CR 204. There is a good set of working pens. The perimeter fences are in fair to good condition and there are no partition fences.
